ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request the deletion of your KinMed account at any time. Upon processing your request, all data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

WHAT WILL BE DELETED

The following data will be permanently deleted when your account deletion request is processed:

  • Your profile — name, email address, and profile photo
  • All family circles you belong to — if you are the circle Admin, the circle and all its data will be dissolved; membership in other circles will be removed
  • All medications you registered
  • All dose logs and timeline history
  • Subscription and plan data
  • Linked authentication data — Google and/or Apple sign-in credentials

THIS ACTION IS IRREVERSIBLE

Once your account is deleted, all data listed above is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. There is no grace period and no undo.

If you share a family circle with other caregivers, deleting your account as the Admin will dissolve the entire circle, removing access for all members. Please inform your care circle before submitting a deletion request.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Enter the email address associated with your KinMed account. We will process your deletion request and send a confirmation when complete.

PROCESSING TIME

Your request will be processed within 30 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.

IN-APP PATH

You can also request deletion directly from the app by going to Profile › Settings › Delete Account.
